ALL INDIA POST-GRADUATE AYURVED ENTRANCE TEST 2011

Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College & Hospital was established in the year 2000 and is a constituent College of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pimpri Pune. The college is recognized by Dental Council of India, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi.

The Dental programme offered by Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pune is recognized by the Malaysian Government and Malaysian Dental Council. This international Recognition will enable the students of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune to be appointed as Government Dentists and practicing Dentists in Malaysia, a unique opportunity to have international exposure in the field of Dentistry.

1.) Last date for submitting the online application form along with DD to – "Dr.D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pimpri, Pune " for All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test – 2012 (AIPGDET-12)

* Without Late Fee :

19/12/2011 by 5:00 P.M.( Form Fee + Test Fee + Postage ) ( Rupee 1,500/- + Rupee 2,000/- + Rupee 250/- = Rupee 3,750/- )

* With Late Fees :

28/12/2011 by 5:00 P.M. ( Form Fee + Test Fee + Postage + Late Fee ) ( Rupee 1,500/- + Rupee 2,000/- + Rupee 250/- + Rupee 500 = Rupee 4,250/- )

2.)    Place where the AIPGDET 2012 will be held     Dr. D.Y. Dental College & Hospital,

3.)    Dispatch of admit cards to candidates who are considered provisionally eligible for AIPGDET 12.Two weeks before the day of AIPGDET 2012.

4. )    Issue of duplicate admit cards :

Duplicate admit cards will be issued to the candidates who have not received admit cards.     These will be available at Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth Pimpri, Pune between 11.00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. on the previous day of the Test or between 9.30 A.M. and 10.30 A.M. on the day of AIPGDET 2012

5.)    Date & Time of AIPGDET Entrance Exam 2012    Sunday, 15/01/2012 From 11.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. [ 1 ½ Hours ]

6. ) Declaration of AIPGDET Results 2012 Will be notified on the University Website http://exams.dpu.edu.in

Eligiblity

1. A candidate who passes final BDS Examination from a recognized dental college, included in the schedule of the Indian Dental Council Act 1948 and who has obtained final registration either from the Dental Council of India or from any State Dental Council, after completing one year compulsory rotatory intership, will be eligible to appear for AIPGDET 2012

2. Candidate who has not completed one year compulsory rotatory internship and is likely to complete the same on or before 31st March 2012 can appear for the AIPGDET 2012.

3. Candidate who is yet to complete his / her internship should submit certificate from Principal / Dean dental college, regarding the likely date of completion of the internship.

4. Candidate who is previously registered and is pursuing or completing the same course.

5. Candidate should keep one photocopy of his / her application form, Receipt / Admit Card and the Information Brochure for subsequent use.

How To Apply

Printout of the application form along with DD for Rupee 3,750/- ( Rupees three thousand seven hundred fifty only ) payable at Pune drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “The Registrar, Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune”, has to be sent by post or submitted in person to the following address :

AIPGDET List of Documents ( to be attached to the application form ):-

The candidate should submit photocopies of the following documents along with the application form :

    Statement of Marks of I, II, III, IV BDS examination
    Attempt Certificate
    BDS Degree / Passing Certificate
    Internship Completion Certificate
    Registration Certificate ( DCI / State DC )
    Age and Nationality Certificate
    Bonafide Certificate from Dean
    Transfer Certificate
    Migration Certificate
    Proof of Date of Birth
    Two recent photographs, taken from same negative, without cap or goggles, taken within last six months. One should be pasted on the application form, duly attested by the Principal / Dean of the College or any Gazetted Officer. The other should be stapled to the application form
    Demand Draft of the requisite amount

Note : ( An incomplete Application Form which is not accompanied by a D.D. of prescribed fee shall not be entertained & processed. This fee shall not be sent by Money Order. Please note that these Fees ( Form Fee and Test Fee ) are non – refundable.
