Joint Entrance for Management Aptitude Test JEMAT 2012 is conducted by West Bengal University of Technology ( WBUT ) for admission to MBA / MMA ( or equivalent ) programmes in institutions / colleges located in west Bengal.

West Bengal University of Technology invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to MBA / MMA / MHA / AICTE approved PG Diploma programs through Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test – JEMAT 2012.

JEMAT 2012 Exam Date : 11th March, 2012 ( Sunday )

Starting date for JEMAT Application submission    1st January 2012
Last date for JEMAT Application form submission ( without late fine )    18th February, 2012
Last date for JEMAT Application form submission ( with late fine )    25th February, 2012

Date of JEMAT Written Test    11th March, 2012

Result of JEMAT Written Test    Around third week of March, 2012

Eligiblity

Bachelors degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering / Technology / Medical / Dental / Agriculture or other professional courses from recognized universities.

The candidates who will appear in final examination ( Graduation ) to be held in 2012 & results published by September 2012 may also apply.

How To Apply
  • JEMAT application form may be downloaded from the websites www.wbut.ac.in and www.wbut.net.
  • Completed JEMAT application forms are to be submitted to West Bengal University office.
  • Written examination fees are Rs. 800/- for general category and Rs. 400/- for SC / ST / OBC candidates ( without late fine ) while the corresponding fees are  1000/- and  500/- respectively ( with late fine ).
  • The fees are to be paid in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “West Bengal University of Technology” payable at Kolkata.
  • Attested copies of marksheets, certificates and other testimonials as well as SC / ST / OBC certificates should be submitted with JEMAT Application Form.
