Prospectus with all details and application form can be obtained in person or by sending D.D. f or Rs. 100/- from any  rationalized bank drawn in favour of thef/oance Otilcei, Kuvempu University, payable at Shimoga/ SBI, Shankaraghatta to The Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kuvempu University, Stsankaraghatia-577 451, along with a self-addressed 24cm x 30cm size envelope affixing postal stamps worth Rs. 25/-.
